• Van Sales Representative

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a van salesman
• Education: Higher Secondary School Certificate or Bachelor’s degree
• Language: Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred
• Skills: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of the UAE general trade market

Responsibilities:

• Planning and Prioritization: Systematically planning route coverage and following up on key priorities to achieve route-wise sales targets.
• Product Availability: Ensuring full availability of all products as per the Must Stock List (MSL) on shelves at all times in all covered stores.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Focusing on achieving KPIs such as call compliance, productivity, unique billing efficiency, sales per call (drop size), lines per call (LPC), and new outlet expansion.
• Customer Relations: Building close relationships with grocery customers through daily store visits and facilitating the achievement of individual tasks and assignments related to customers on each route.
• Product Visibility: Ensuring that all products are visible at eye level on the shelves at all times.
• Competition Tracking: Tracking and reporting competitor activity and presenting timely counter-action proposals.
• Performance Analysis: Analyzing and reviewing the performance of van sales on a daily/weekly basis and taking timely corrective action to achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
