Requirements:
ASAK is pleased to announce an Open Day for face-to-face interviews for the position of Draftsman. The company is looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years.
- Skills: Proficient in preparing and reviewing all architectural layouts, details, and specifications.
- Coordination: Capable of preparing general arrangement layouts and coordinating them with related structural IFC drawings and MEP builder works.
- Subcontractor Coordination: Experience in reviewing and coordinating subcontractors’ shop drawings, including doors, joinery, curtain walls, and cladding.
- Shop Drawings: Ability to prepare in-house shop drawings such as block work and tiling drawings in coordination with project material specifications.
- RFIs: Competent in reviewing RFIs and incorporating all responses into the shop drawings.
- Regulations: Familiar with UAE building regulations.
- Logistics: Capable of preparing site logistic plans.
- Experience: Experience in the UAE and/or Gulf region, particularly in construction (buildings), is a significant plus.
