Al Ahlia Group is looking to fill the following positions:
- Kitchen/Pastry/Bakery Commis: This role involves assisting with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. It’s an ideal opportunity for those starting their culinary careers.
- Kitchen/Pastry/Bakery CDP (Chef de Partie): Responsible for managing a specific section within the kitchen, the CDP will ensure high standards of food preparation and efficient kitchen operations.
- Waiter/Waitress: The Waiter/Waitress will provide excellent service to guests, manage orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Barista: As a Barista, you will prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Head Barista: Leading the barista team, the Head Barista will oversee beverage quality and ensure that the coffee station operates smoothly.
- Restaurant Manager: The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, handle customer inquiries, and ensure the restaurant meets its service goals.
- Restaurant Supervisor: Assisting the Restaurant Manager, the Supervisor will coordinate restaurant activities, supervise staff, and maintain service standards.
- Head Waiter/Waitress: This role involves leading the waiting staff, managing table assignments, and ensuring excellent service for all guests.

Requirements:
Candidates should possess a pleasant personality, a customer-focused attitude, and a “can-do” mindset. A minimum of one year of experience in the relevant position within the F&B sector is required. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.
