About Air Arabia Cabin Crew Recruitment:
Cabin Crew members strive to achieve customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image at all times. Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers, and maintaining productivity in line with company policies and procedures.
Key Result Responsibilities:
- Conduct: Ensuring timely attendance, proper grooming, and legality for assigned flights. Attending briefings to acknowledge flight details and distribute roles effectively.
- Safety Measures: Instructing passengers on safety procedures, identifying safety risks, and administering first aid when necessary.
- Customer Service: Welcoming passengers, assisting with boarding formalities, and providing excellent customer service throughout the flight. Maximizing on-board revenue through promoting on-board meals, products, and charity services.
- Crosschecking and Reports: Conducting pre-flight checks, ensuring sufficient supplies and equipment, and providing post-flight assessments and reports.
Requirements:
- Age: Between 20 to 26 years for candidates without previous experience as Cabin Crew, up to 33 years for experienced Cabin Crew.
- Minimum Height: 160 cm for females, 168 cm for males.
- Weight: Proportionate to age and height.
- Appearance: Clear skin with no visible marks or tattoos. Must be medically and physically fit to perform Cabin Crew duties.
- Qualifications: Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic fluency preferred).
- Work Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in customer service or aviation is an advantage.
