Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations on project sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Strong background in monitoring and inspecting the quality of work performed by tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations with the ability to maintain a well-organized and compliant site.

Summary of Main Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the project site, ensuring work is executed according to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of work performed by different tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
• Ensure the site is well-organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain the necessary tools, equipment, and materials on-site to support the project’s progress.
• Manage and coordinate the workforce, including subcontractors and tradespeople, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Regularly communicate with the project manager, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide updates on the project’s progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports, documenting the project’s status, milestones, and any issues or concerns.
• Ensure the project site adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
