3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE real estate sector, specifically in finance and accounting.
Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, IFRS-based accounting standards, AML compliance, and audit requirements.
Experience in managing and accounting for real estate unit inventory, and preparing RERA reports.
Ability to calculate sales team commissions, conduct reconciliations, and manage cross-functional finance operations.
Proficiency in Tally, with hands-on experience in preparing MIS reports, maintaining ledgers, and organizing supporting documentation.
Knowledge of cash flow management, treasury operations, and banking processes in the UAE.
Competency in accounts payable, invoice processing, and related party reconciliation.
Involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements per IFS standards.
Exposure to ERP implementation and finance automation projects is a significant plus.
