• Account Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accounting records
• Preparation of accounts for VAT filing
• Independently preparing financial statements
• Generating MIS reports
• Managing petty cash funds and preparing weekly reimbursement reports
• Bank reconciliation statements preparation
• Verification of purchase/sales invoices, debit/credit notes, and bills
• Timely vendor payments
• Assisting in auditing processes
• Periodic reconciliation of party ledgers and balances

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance Accounts
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Good experience in Tally software
• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel
