- FM Engineer
- MEP Supervisor
Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for the roles:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management (FM) operations
- Relevant FM certifications or qualifications
- Experience managing FM services within residential or commercial towers
- Experience working under Owners’ Association Management is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- UAE Driving License required
- Candidates on a visit or canceled visa are preferred
