• MEP Estimator (Senior & Junior)

Candidates applying for the MEP Estimator role should meet the following criteria:

• Junior Position: 2-3 years of experience in MEP Estimation
• Senior Position: 5-6 years of experience in MEP Estimation
• Expertise in Residential/Villa Projects, Office Spaces, F&B, and Retail Fitouts
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems
• Experience in preparing detailed MEP cost estimates for various projects
• Ability to review specifications, drawings, and scope to accurately estimate MEP materials, labor, and equipment costs
• Proficiency in creating custom mechanical solutions for unique designs
• Ensuring accurate and competitive pricing according to project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints
