Roles & Responsibilities:
The selected Tele Sales Agents will be entrusted with the following key responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to introduce Globix’s comprehensive digital marketing services to potential clients. This involves presenting the company’s offerings in a compelling manner to generate interest.
- Lead Management: Schedule meetings with potential clients and follow up on leads to ensure a smooth sales process. Effective lead management is crucial for building a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. This role demands a customer-centric approach to ensure long-term satisfaction.
