Khansaheb is looking to recruit experienced professionals for the following positions:

• Head of Energy, Technology & Innovation: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or Technology, with 10+ years of experience in facilities management or a related industry.
• Facilities Engineer (AC, Civil, Electrical, Plumbing): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with 10 years of experience. Facilities Management (FM) experience is preferred.
• Facilities Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of FM experience.
• Assistant Facilities Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 10 years of FM experience.
• Civil Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, with 10 years of experience, 5 of which in FM.
• Facilities Engineer: Engineering Diploma ( Mechanical Engineering). Minimum of 10 years of FM experience.
• Structural Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with 10 years of experience, including 5 years in FM.
• Supervisor – Any Stream
• Supervisor (Civil, Electrical, Electrotechnical, Plumbing): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in FM.
• Team Leader (Soft Services): High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2-5 years of FM experience in soft services.
• QHSE Officer: Engineering Diploma ( Civil, Mechanical, Electrical). Overall 10 years of experience, includng 2 years in FM.
• QHSE Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with 10 years of experience, including 2 years in FM.
• Quantity Surveyor: Diploma in Civil Engineering or Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS), with a minimum of 5 years of FM experience.
• Administrator: Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with 3 years of FM experience and proficiency in Arabic.
