Available Job Vacancies:

1. AC Technician (3 Positions)

• Qualifications: Diploma/ITI certificate holder.
• Responsibilities:
  1. Repair and maintenance of all types of air conditioning units, including wall-mounted split AC, ducted split AC, window AC, fan coil units (chilled water and DX type), air handling units, and package units.
  2. Repair and maintenance of fresh water chillers, washing machines, electric and gas cookers, refrigerators, freezers, and other household appliances.
  3. Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Preference: Valid UAE driving license holders are preferred.
• Experience: 1-5 years.
• Salary Range: AED 2,500-4,000 per month (AED 3,500-4,500 for candidates with a UAE driving license).

2. Plumber (3 Positions)

• Qualifications: Diploma/ITI certificate holder.
• Responsibilities:
  1. Repair and maintenance of water supply and drainage systems.
  2. Installation and maintenance of pumps, water heaters, sanitary wares, and accessories.
  3. Expertise in piping work, including level and slope calculations for drainage.
  4. Proficiency in reading technical drawings.
• Experience: 1-5 years.
• Salary Range: AED 2,000-3,500 per month.

3. Electrician (3 Positions)

• Qualifications: Diploma/ITI certificate holder.
• Responsibilities:
  1. Installation, repair, and maintenance of low voltage systems, ELV systems, BMS systems, and lighting control systems.
  2. Repair and servicing of pumps with good knowledge of star and delta connections.
  3. Proficiency in reading electrical drawings.
