• Experience in CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management)
• Good communication skills

Pest Control Supervisor (Fumigation)

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pest Control Supervisor, approved by Dubai Municipality
• At least 1+ year of fumigation experience
• UAE driving license required

Light Vehicle Driver

• Manual license number 3
• Minimum 2+ years of driving experience in the UAE
• Age limit: less than 40 years

Light Tractor Driver

• Manual license number 3
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Minimum 2+ years of driving experience in the UAE
• Age limit: less than 40 years

Heavy Bus Driver

• Manual license numbers 5 & 6
• Minimum 2+ years of driving experience in the UAE
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Age limit: less than 40 years

Minibus Driver

• Manual license number 5, or 3/6
• Minimum 2+ years of driving experience in the UAE
