Available Job Vacancies:
- Head Sushi Chef
Leading the sushi kitchen, overseeing all sushi preparation, and ensuring the highest quality standards. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within upscale dining venues.
- Sushi Chef (Senior CDP)
Preparing and plating sushi dishes, maintaining quality control, and managing kitchen staff. Minimum 3 years of experience required in Japanese fusion restaurants or similar high-volume kitchen operations.
- Sous Chef
Assisting the head chef with kitchen management, menu development, and staff training. Requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within upscale dining environments.
- Chef de Partie (Hot)
Managing a specific section of the kitchen, including hot dishes preparation and ensuring consistency and quality. Must have 2-3 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen setting.
- Demi Chef de Partie (Grill/Robata)
Specializing in grill and robata dishes, maintaining high standards of cooking and presentation. 1-2 years of experience from similar upscale venues is required.
